Complaints

If you are not satisfied with an aspect of your child’s school, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a process for handling complaints. The document below sets out how we can work together to resolve the complaint, with the aim of always doing so informally and amicably.

Our primary concern is always the wellbeing of your child. We commit to working with you to ensure that your child’s schooling is as happy and fulfilling as possible.
