On Saturday 25 November 2017, education professionals from Birmingham and across the UK gathered at The Birmingham Repertory Theatre in the city centre for Teach 2017 – a one-day professional development conference open to all teachers. 

Claire Dacam

Claire is a Business Affairs Consultant with over 20 years experience in the music and entertainment industry. She trained as a lawyer with the international law firm Herbert Smith and worked for them in London and Hong Kong before moving to IMG Artists where she was Director of Legal Affairs and Managing Director, Europe. Claire's freelance portfolio includes a diverse range of music and entertainment industry clients as well as community and social projects.

Ark Blacklands Academy
Wednesday 15th March 2017

Hastings and Rye MP Amber Rudd visited Ark Blacklands Primary Academy on Friday 3 March to congratulate the school on being rated as outstanding in a recent Ofsted inspection.
Ark Blacklands became one of only eleven schools in the country to go straight from an inadequate grading to outstanding.

Ark Teacher Training, a programme established by education charity, Ark, to bring the brightest recent graduates and career switchers into the profession, has today been declared ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted within just two and a half years.

This week, pupils and staff at Ark Lajpat Nagar III were delighted to welcome the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Najeeb Jung. He was accompanied by senior officials from the South Delhi Municipal Corporation.
