Catering pupils cook in top professional kitchen

On 3 December, the new Year 10 catering cohort braced the cold conditions and made their way towards Wembley Stadium to begin their induction training to catering. The pupils learnt three different processes on this first visit: Velouté, Broth & Creamed. They will be going to work in these fantastic professional kitchens every two weeks through to the end of June. They have done an amazing job and we look forward to continuing to nurture them as they become masters of the craft.
