French exchange trip to the Science Museum and Natural History Museum

On Tuesday 15th October, Ark Elvin pupils in Year 9 and 10 took their French exchange buddies on a trip to central London. We spent the morning in the Science Museum.

Pupils completed an activity trail in both French and English and learned many new words in their other language (including 'ampoule', which is French for 'lightbulb'). After lunch, we went to the Natural History Museum and enjoyed free time looking at the many wonderful exhibitions on dinosaurs and mammals.
