World Mental Health Day - Reading List and Reading Challenge released by the School Library
On Thursday 10th October we held our World Mental Health Day. The school library marked the occasion by releasing a new reading list and offered pupils to participate in a reading challenge.
Everyone has mental health.
Mental health is about the way you think and feel; our ability to deal with good times and bad times. We learn about mental health because it’s part of everyone’s health. As a community we learn about mental health so that all people experiencing mental health problems can get support.
Pupils, parents and staff can learn more by consulting the reading list or having a go at the reading challenge.
