Our French cooking club attendees produced mini versions of famous Tarte Tatin.

The Tarte Tatin is made with apples, pastry, butter and sugar. It was created in the 1880s at the Hôtel Tatin, which is about 100 miles south of Paris. The hotel was run by two sisters, Stéphanie and Caroline Tatin.
