TalkSPORT has proudly partnered with the Raheem Sterling Foundation to launch our Broadcast Academy, helping disadvantaged youngsters get a taste of careers in the media.
Our first event saw us pull together a podcast with youngsters from the England and Chelsea star’s old school in Brent – Ark Elvin Academy – as well as some more from the Young Brent Foundation.
They heard talks from talkSPORT’s Sarah Collins, Kweku Afari and Luke Henry, then created all the ideas as well and recorded episode one all in one night.
